Personal Training Services

Personal training services include individualized exercise programming that combine personal health and fitness goals with results.

We’ll cover basic exercise principles and make suggestions for your fitness journey.

We start by reviewing your health history and establishing exercise goals. Based on your goals, a personalized exercise program is designed specifically for you.

Your trainer will assist you with proper technique and execution for a variety of exercises designed to keep you motivated.

Personal Training Packages

Individual Personal Training Sessions

These are offered in packages ranging from 1 to unlimited sessions and last up to one hour per session. All training packages include a pre-training fitness assessment.

By participating in these sessions, you will be able to work closely with a Personal Trainer to reach your individual fitness, health, and performance goals.

All Personal Training packages are non-refundable and expire within 6 months of purchase.

Partner Training Sessions

These are offered in packages ranging from 1 to 10 sessions and last up to one hour per session.

Partner Training sessions will allow you and your training partner to work together with a Personal Trainer to reach your fitness, health and performance goals.

All training packages include a pre-training fitness assessment for both partners.

All Partner Training packages are non-refundable and expire within 6 months of purchase.

What is Small Group Personal Training?

Personalized workouts and individual attention that is cost effective.

Beyond the range of ten people, it is difficult for the instructor to give personal attention.

Small group personal training is a customized program designed by a certified Personal Trainer to help you with meeting your fitness goals. Appointments are scheduled each week with you in mind.

Ideal for individuals new to exercise or people who want to be motivated into shape with a great customized workout!
